Dawlance Kettle Unboxing:

Below are the pictures of the kettle’s unboxing that I created in my house:

Now How I Tested the Electric Kettle of Dawlance?

I assembled my Dawlance kettle that was quite easy too. I just had to properly place the kettle on the kettle base. Then, I placed the kettle, already set on its box and a collection of books, on my side table and plugged in the kettle. The same side table and book collection assisted me in plugging in my black Dawlance kettle too.

Anyways, then, I filled the kettle with water sufficiently above the minimum level but somewhat below the max liquid mark and used the on/off button to start the appliance. Within a few minutes, I got my boiling water. Due to the kettle’s auto shut-off feature, the kettle stopped working once the water got completely boiled. Then, I used the water to prepare tea for myself and my family.

Review of Dawlance Electric Kettle:

The following are the points that I got after testing the white electric kettle of Dawlance (DWEK-7200):

Liquid Capacity:

The capacity of this electric kettle is 1.7 L at max. At minimum, you can fill the kettle with 0.5 L of water. There are intermediate marks on the kettle too to guide the user that are 1.0 L and 1.5 L. So you can boil your water as per these litre marks to prepare your tea, coffee, soup, pasta, or anything else.

Auto Lid Opening:

The lid of the electric kettle opens swiftly with its lid opener, lid bottom. This opener makes it easy for a user to open the mouth of the kettle to fill the kettle with water or pour out the water from the appliance. Besides, the lid bottom is easy to use as well. You just have to press it, and the kettle’s lid opens in a second.

Auto Shut-Off Feature:

The kettle automatically shuts off with its auto shut-off feature when the water is fully boiled. Therefore, you won’t have to manually shut off the kettle to stop it from operating after the water has been boiled. Isn’t that great!

Other Benefits:

  • In the kettle, the heating element is concealed between the bottom of the kettle and the bottom of the water chamber. This makes the kettle safe and easy to clean for a user.
  • The kettle is also highly durable as it consists of a sturdy outer plastic body and stainless steel inner chamber.
  • Then, the appliance has an LED feature. This feature turns on when the appliance is boiling the water. You can see the impressive light through the water gauge of this kettle during its operation. One image above also shows how impressive the light looks while the electric kettle is working.
  • Well, if you accidentally operate the kettle without water, then, owing to the boil-dry protection feature, the kettle can remain intact for some time. But you have to wait for it to cool down before adding cold water into the kettle.
  • Besides, the kettle is easy to carry or highly portable for being lightweight. Yes, as its weight is only 0.95 kg, so you won’t have to face any difficulty while carrying it anywhere manually inside your home or kitchen.
  • This electric kettle can also look great in a modern kitchen for its attractive design. Plus, as its height and width are not high, you can easily adjust it inside a modern standard kitchen cabinet.

Cons of the Electric Kettle:

  • The appliance’s mouth is a bit damaged when I checked the kettle. It might be that the kettle was damaged during the package transfer.
  • And I was provided with an old kettle of Dawlance as the box’s condition shows that the kettle was not manufactured this year or in the near past. I found this irritating as a buyer as I was expecting a new kettle.
  • Then, the power cord length is short that forced me to put the kettle on the top of my books and its box to bring it near the electricity source. This was a bit hectic. The cord length must be long enough for a user so that they can use the kettle inside their kitchen area easily.

Conclusion:

So that is all what I have to share with you regarding the review of Dawlance Electric Kettle (DWEK-7200). I hope you got what you came here for.
